- Wrexham and Denbighshire Advertiser and Cheshire Shropshire and North Wales Register 24/02/1900: the old fire station was pulled down when the present municipal buildings were erected, and since then the fire extinguishing apparatus belonging to the town had been housed in the market premises. The council now proposed to erect a station on the site of the existing stables, which were to be removed to another part of the town |
